All material is guaranteed as described. As we are an open shop items are subject to prior sale. Libraries and institutions may request an invoice (please send an email and we will bill accordingly). Ontario residents must add 5% sales tax. Reciprocal courtesies of the bookselling trade apply. We respect the privacy of our visitors. We will never sell or share the information you provide. We will never send you promotional emails unless requested. Shipping within Canada is $10 Expedited. Shipping to the US is $15 for Air. Shipping Worldwide is $40 Air or $20 Surface. Costs are based on an average sized book weighing 1 kg. Extra shipping is charged for oversized material. However ephemera and smaller books will be less (adjustments will be made on our end before your payment is processed).
We also offer in-store pick-up if you are in the London area or know someone in the London area. The option is available at checkout.
We take great care with our packages. Books will be wrapped in protective paper before being enclosed in bubble wrap.
Orders usually ship within 2 days of payment. Do let us know if there is a problem with the package when you receive it. We will correct it immediately. Please contact us with any concerns or compliments.
Returns are accepted within 30 days, with notification. A full refund of your order will be issued after the receipt of the book in original condition (by means of original payment). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
